Cancellation Policy
All connection call payments are non-refundable. Because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, the fee cannot be returned once your booking is complete. However, you may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the start time. Simply use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to choose a new time that works for you. If a reschedule request is made within 2 hours of your appointment, the session will be considered forfeited and a new booking will be required. By booking a call, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
